This was my bad experience about car and driver and Goibibo, I booked car and day before I got call from Kolkata that you need to give aadhar card document for permit.I don’t understand why they need my documents for their car permit, nex t day morning driver cancel ride, but no one from Goibibo customer care call or message me about car ride cansal.
We don’t know we gave him OTP but car speed meter is blocked and driver took vehicle from bad he didn’t stop for breakfast even my son has acidity , so just hault car at Nashik and next day we took flight from Mumbai.
Don’t ever trust on Goibibo rental car .
Driver took took all 15000.
No one on Goibibo customer care number respond me I called 100 time.
