Goibibo.com is cheat company, I have booked flight from bangalore to mumbai schedule for 16 April 2020 which Airasia flight was cancelled because of lockdown. When I contact Goibibo they revert that I can travel the same as and when required after lockdown. But all of sudden send mail on 27 October’2020, stating that your ticket is cancelled and second surprise that Goibibo deducted convenience fee from Us. How it possible, I have not cancelled my ticket. It cancelled either by goibibo or airline. Then why cancellation charges deducted from my account.
