Never expect refund from Goibibo

Travel Details : 22nd March, Pune to Goa, Raj Travels


Above was my booking information and that bus was cancelled by bus Operator but I didn’t got any refund. Today I called customer care and they informed that Alternate bus was arranged (as per their log but they don’t have alternate bus details). But they don’t have any kind of bus details.


On journey day I received call from Bus Operator and informed about bus cancellation and they don’t have any alternate bus and asked me to contact Goibibo for refund. I called goibibo and told the same but their customer care lady told me that they don’t have any information about bus cancellation and it will take 7 days to verify.


(Checking bus schedule won’t take more than 5 mins). After so much argument that lady called bus operator and corrected me that bus has cancelled and she will process my refund and I will receive in 7 days.


Today I called them and they informed that as per their log they have arranged alternate bus but they don’t have any details about bus and asked me to wait for 10-15 days to check my problem. He simply told me that he will forward the issue to his supervisor.


Even not ready to provide the estimated time for resolution/refund. Even I asked to transfer the call to Supervisor but he was on leave.


Never book any tickets from Goibibo...
