Recently I booked a room in "oyo rooms" from goibibo.com, I got confirmation msg from hotel that your room is booked but after I reached my hotel at 2 am, hotel staff told me that they didn’t get any kind of confirmation from the website.
I was totally confused and called goibibo customer care for help but instead of helping me they hold line for almost 1 hrs and after that disconnected my call. I tried several times but they didn’t pick it up the phone .such a pathetic website. We should ban these types websites
