Worst customer service. I booked the lower berth tickets in sleeper bus and the booking was confirmed for upper berths .I called the customer care people and they are telling that I have booked only upper berths.
I am not having screen shot of which berth I have booked.Other wise I would have taken legal action on them
Dont go for the offers they provide.They are cheating many customers, better go for red bus or abhi bus
