Hello, I booked 3 bus tickets on Goibibo.com form Mumbai to Bangalore on 22 March 2014 but booking didn’t get completed as the seats were not confirmed but the amount got deducted Rs.3500/-
After that I was asked to choose different seats or the other option was of refund I had no choice but to apply for refund. I did so then my booking was sent to refunding status. I called the customer care for further information they told me that the amount will be refunded within 24 hours which did not happen.
Again on 23rd, I called customer care again she assured me that the amount will be refunded within 48 hours and now on 24th March when I went to see booking status it has changed from refunding to refunded but d amount is not reflecting in my account.
Again I contacted Goibibo, they sent me a mail back assuring that my amount may take additional 6-7 days to process and now after 8 days still my amount is not refunded. I am frustrated with all d excuses they are giving and very disappointed with the pathetic customer service. I don’t know how people r tolerating this site serious action should be taken against goibibo. Please give me my money back.
