Goibibo

Once I was in urgency and booked the hotel with Goibibo.com and I straight want to the hotel counter they told that they havent received any communication form goibibo after when they again had a look they said that they didnt have confirmed the booking it was goibibo to forward the wrong message, I tried calling goibibo representative they first didnt answered my calls after 1 hour they picked it and told like your money will be refunded what about the time   that of mine have got wasted and at midnight now were I have to search the place of stay now after that same hotel manager offered me the room in the double rate thats all because of goibibo wrong message and their tie ups with the wrong vendors who tries to get benefits from their customers, I request go ibibo to have check before forwading any message to your customers I was really in trouble because of you that day now I highly unrecommend all my friend for goibibo where else before I was the biggest reccomender for the same if you are reading this post goibibo have a look my consire if you dont want to loose your customers.
