Booked 2 bus tickets. I had to cancel them. one I couldnt cancel. when I try, the app and the website showed’something wrong. can’t cancel’. that’s it. the other ticket I cancelled, but even after one month, the money hasn’t been refunded. the booking status is showing’refund under process’. when I tried to contact them about the first issue, the help section takes u to a chat bot. it’s so dumb that if you type a sentence with the word refund in it, it just shows the refund status. no further help. all their contact phone numbers and emails are useless.
