The company did not clarify cancellation policy. Bought since got discount of 200 rs. But on cancellation was charged more then Rs 2500 as cancellation. No explanations given. Followed up with folded hands to understand what happened with my money but customer care did not care to respond. Finally gave up. Avoid buying from these websites. In India there is no concept of bulk discount with airlines hence these websites can never be effective. They operated by cheating few customers and passing part of cheating to other customers as discount. Avoid these sites to hemp our self getting cheated.
