I booked a flight from Delhi to Bangalore for 13th Dec, 2012 on 11th Dec, 2012 I got a message stating flight is rescheduled, so I requested for cancellation & unfortunately I was put into a situation where I need spent huge amount because I have to make fresh booking of a next day flight.
I am struggling to get the refund for canceled flight on top of this, pathetic customer care has increased my trouble & always provide incorrect information. I really don’t know how much more time they are gonatake. PLEASE DON’T USE GOIBIBO FOR YOUR TRAVEL this was my first & last time.I always use via.com much cheaper & reliable
