I use to book my air ticket through goibibo.ibibo.com and never faced any problem as I always travelled on my booking. This time due to some unavoidable reason I xncld my ticket. I got my refund after 35 days and that was wrong amount credited in my CC. They trasfred less amount. When I called customer care every time they forward my complain and they commit like this week I will get my balance amount. Now its been more than 50 days but still no refund.
One more incident..in that trip I left one ticket from PAT to DEL. I got a call from GOAIR that my flight has been preponed and I was not in situation to catch the flight. They told me if I am unable to travel then full amount will be refunded back. I asked them to xncl the tic.
Exec told me to inform GOIBIBO that ticket was xncld from airline side and full refund has been made, so they also initiate the full refund process. I called CC of ibibo and they told me that they need written confirmation or some doc which shows full refund was made. I called goair and executive asked me to drop a email. I got written confirmation from go air and same I forwarded to ibibo. After too many follow ups amount trasfred to my cc was 750 instead of 2900 as goair refunded full amount to iibibo. Again I called cc of ibibo and complaint was forwarded. This process was done abt four times but still I didnt get my amount back. I am fedup with the refund service of ibibo and will suggest everyone to book ticket directly from airline website as they are very helpfull when matter comes to refund.
