Customer Service, Website Both Looting Money

One of the waste website, their service is very bad. customer service is very bad...they can show 10% cancellation charges. But the cancellation charges will be change to 20% immediately.


I suggest no one to book any kind of tickets by seeing offers...When you look for cancellation you will lose more than you got from the offer...

Hi dhananjays77,Please be informed that the policy we informed to our guest or charge during changes or cancellation, basically it is indite by the airline/vendor..we only charge our service fee on top of that which is always remain fixed...To underscore on this highlighted issue, you are requested to please share your booking id...
