Guys if you plan to buy something in Tradus.in or ibibo.com please dont pay it online, if you have cash on delivery then you can try that.
I have a very a bad experience with this Portal wherein I lost Rs.1190 without buying anything.
Initially I selected to buy a Pendrive for Rs.595 and clicked on payment options and paid the amount and I clicked pay now the website became blank and showed page cannot be displayed, the amount got deducted from bank and I received an SMS without any order number or transaction id. I thought I might be a website problem and would get my money back and I tried again for the same product and lost again 595.
I called Ibibo and they say they cannot trace without order no or transaction id, true I agree. But what happened to the money which was deducted from my account. where is that?
Guys please dont use this website for purchasing anything and they have very bad customer care. If you dont want to loose money please dont purchasing through Tradus.in or Ibibo.com. Please check other reviews too and then decide whether to go for ibibo or not .
