Worst experience in hotel booking

Actually their is no words more than worst, I should have said that. I have booked a hotel on 25th july at 5pm, when I reached and called the goibibo costumer care he said that I will connect to hotel, then he gave a shock that something happens to hotel so that he cannot take the booking, then he said that within 10 minutes some other property will be booked for you.But not a single call came, i waited from 7 to 9 pm with my family in the road, till now 30th july not solved.So never book hotel from goibibo
