goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I booked a ticket on 1 sep 2015 but ticket was not booked and amount was deducted from my account, it has been 4 months I am chasing them but no satisfactory response from their side, Every time they say u will get your refund in 7 days but their 7 days are not getting over yet. I raised complaint to consumer forum and sent the notice to Ibibo but still they did not refunded the amount back. so it is clear they dont follow any law. so dear friends please dont book any tickets or hotels from this website it has disgusting service.
Also for posting review here it is compulsory to rate them so we are giving them one rating but they even don’t deserve 0 rating.
