friends I hope all doing good .see iwant to share my experience with these goibibo .see its a good site iam not saying its really bad but while u r booking becareful I lost almost 5000rs for these site I have two situation.

1) hotel booking I had booked a hotel from this site in hailand which is in vijaywada.for holiday I planned there with my girl friend.so I booked for two days and I paid the amount also after struggling I went for the place but what u know if u had booked in online thye wont care if u book through phone they willl.and they will aso ay that u r getting offer so u booked there but we wont allow u .they are asking for marriage certifiacte photos .al these things so better lovers and the friends also not to book in these sometimes they will not allow u I faced the situation they didnt returnemed my money I didnt get riool also so icame back I lost there almost 3500rs

2) bus booking in these booking also I felt the same I was planned to travel  from shirdi to pune, so I descide to book in goibibo .so I had booked before night only and the bus is at 5.45am so I woke up and I went to the stand .and then bus was came I told I have booking then they said there is no booking of u r name I shocked I have shown my msg., then they said when u booked these bus already started so we dont have any information about these they siad I called the customer care they said they will refund but they wont upto yet so becareful while u r booking I have lso 2500rs from here and the travels which I travelled is chawla travels
