Dear Team, HTLDFY2T6X This is karthik from bangalore I had confirmed the room at krishna heritage resort badami check in on 27 dec 2015 to 29 dec 2015 confirmation done on 30 nov 2015 but on check in there is no room confirmed on our name when contacted with call centre no proper response and says your booking is rejected on 16 dec 2015 and when asked to explain he says we are not responsible to the message not received by me and asked to inform what kind of communication given to me to inform rooms cancelled no response is this the way to handle a client after taking money, is this the way how Goibibo treats us, and told alternate arrangement will be made in 60 mins but no response from any team still waiting kindly raise the issue

Karthik Parthiban worst reply from your customer support refunding me the amount after 1 month having prior confirmation and no alternate can be done so this issue will be replied from consumer court to you people worst ever service and im posting this in public forum too
