I am a regular traveller so required hotel and flight booking.I always prefer Goibibo.com.
In my last trip booked an Oyo hotel from goibibo, some problem occur and hotel didn’t provide us room.In such situation Oyo didn’t help us, but thank God we booked it from goibibo.The customer care of goibibo immediately contacted us and arrange a better hotel for us within 30 minutes and refund half of our amount.
