GOIBIBO is worst in service, their guys who are getting salary to serve, they aren’t there for you, worst service I felt when I went and booked my trip thru GOIBIBO, for Gangtok 9th may’14. They have messaged me a number which is available for me for 24*7.
The guy who was on call named Anshul, for him customer is not important, and for him ab paise bhool jao wala attitude. If guys like him is using by Goibibo, then they will not be able to survive.
