I had recently booked through ibibo.com for hotel accommodation at Leh Residency, Leh.My travel dates were 24-6-14 and I made all bookings and payments on 08-6-14.Online full payment was done for 2 double rooms and a confirmation email was also received.
One day before reaching my destination, I got a call from ibibo representative that the rooms shall not be available.I had to go through so much trouble, looking for alternate accommodation as I was traveling with 3 children, all below 5 yrs of age.
If they cant give service, they should not advertise.Very bad experience.I got my money back but the whole thing of looking for a good place was very pathetic.I will never go back to ibibo again.
