We booked our holidays through Goibibo site and paid whole amount through credit card. They even didn’t inform to hotels about our arrival dates and package we booked. We didn’t even get the best hotel room which was shown on the site while booking .
The charged us huge price for 3 star hotel. Actually the hotel price was half rate .but we paid high price for simple room through goibibo, when we complained about this they even didn’t have curtsey to reply us back , the customer care agent is unprofessional. Goibibo site really Sks and they are frauds , please never use this site , getting refund back is really pain and they are not providing good services.
