No words to explain about this courier firm. You can’t expect the product ontime . It take atleast morethan 1week from Delhi to Bangalore. If they don’t know your location they will postpone the delivery without informing or noticing.
Well on positive side, they are doing good in some north indian cities and failed totally in south india.
