Ordered something online from printvenue.com, I wrote a separate review for printvenue.com and they dispatched item through gojavas. Printvenue are having good product range but they selected wrong partner for delivery and got a bad review. Since product never received I don’t know what would have my review for product but here it is r
Interestingly Courier boys called for delivery 4 days back, still not delivered.

I am at prime location and also having my mobile number with them, interestingly they have called and I have confirmed my location but they never attempted to deliver my product actually.
I have also called Gojava support on 27th September also inform them that product was supposed to deliver as their delivery boy called us, they ensured they will track and ensure delivery within 24 hours, product still not delivered.
Luckily the order was COD and I didn’t lose anything financially but wasted time & effort and received frustrations from their irresponsive behaviour.
Gojavas tracking system is good, even they provide live tracking but they seriously lack a good team to use technology effectively.
