I joined Gold Gym for Rs. 18900 for one year of membership. They gave me 40% dicount. They have Cybex machines and infrastructure is good. Their trainers have professional approach and has no attitude. The steam bath is complementary. The dietician is too complementary for first time consultation. Massage charges are Rs. 450. The cleanliness is all around in gym. I workout for 50 minutes daily and one can go whenever he/ she finds time. The timing is from 6am to 10pm.
I like the environment because of discipline among trainers and members. Its a US based gym having a presence in 30 countries. The branches are spread all over Delhi and country. If like to transfer from one city to other it can be done by paying 500 rupees. Actually after workout I take steam bath it relaxes me and all my tiredness goes away. The members are too serious about work out, they don’t come for show off!
