In Ameerpet, near dharam karan road, there is a Gold Gym. In some part of Hyderabad it was recently opened. If you have not joined yet, and want to try first than they also provide free 1 or 2 day pass to try, if it’s suits you, then join them.
I like to use here these gym machines, here the trainers are well trained, they guide us very well and also very friendly they are. Do join Gold Gym to get more fitness.
They have health course also, or you can join for taking course of becoming Gym trainer.
This Gold gym, I like their facility much better than any other gym.
It’s a good place to increase your health.
