Hai friends I am using this product gold winner sunflower for 7 years. It is well suited oil for cooking. But it is sticky and very hard to remove this stain when it spils on the floor. I am using this oil for frying and sautéing. It’s taste very good and nice. It is healthy when we consume at the correct amount according to our age.
