Food presentation is very poor and the quantity and quality of the food is very poor and low class one. The quantity and quality of the food is very poor and the food is delivered very late and they keep on delaying the food which I ordered. If I ask about my order to the waiter he say 2min but the food is delivered after 25 min. That’s a very big drawback to this hotel or restaurant like bathroom is not clean for an hand wash also. Food is prepared like home made one only. Ambience is the only thing good and plus point to this hotel or restaurant. The atmosphere and environment is very favorable and positive. It is pleasant place to eat the food. No complaints on ambience. The management built very well. Customer service is very poor management they have . They keep on delaying the food and when I ordered the food delivered after 25 min that’s a very big drawback to this hotel or restaurant. Value of money is very poor because the quantity and quality of the food is very poor and low class one. The food is prepared like home made one this is a very big drawback to this hotel or restaurant. They should improve the management and the bathroom is not clean for hand wash also.
