I had paid Rs. 50000 around 9 months back for the easy commune project in Bangalore with the assurance being given that if the plans (they were not out at that time) were not agreeable to me, I would be refunded the same.
After countless calls and face to face meeting with their sales guy and call up to their vice president there has been absolutely no progress., Once I stood in front of their office and called up their sales person, who told me he was out on client visits, but the moment I walked in, he was there right in front of me and told me bluntly that he is helpless as the management is not releasing my money.I am now fighting a court battle to get my money back. I am very hopeful that the court will rule in my favor.
If there are more people who have had the same experience I suggest that we all get together in our fight to get back our hard earned money.Please please please do not invest with these guys. They are pure liars and cheaters.
