Guys please spend 5 minutes to read this before you join here, I won’t suggest this organization. I worked here for few months. Its completely waste of time. Dont spoil your career. Lot of politics even in the timings of the company there is no common timing rule for all. There is no safety for women this is told by the lady manager who works there currently i dont want to reveal her name as she has a family i don’t want to be cheap as her. If you need high salary you can go but you have to loose your dignity. Worst management. The Managing director is a gem, good person he respects women employees such a good soul, but the managers are the worst thing they are very much talented in manipulating. The lady staff who is in a higher posting as a manager she itself advised me to go out of the company, she told me that the management is planning to terminate me you wont get salary also so better put paper and its not safe here and also said she is facing mental torture by this worst organization. I came out of this organization because i believed her. I really dnt know she was a such manipulator. I didn’t want to post this but recently i called this lady manager to check about my PF i came to know that she remains the same and again started to manipulate me and asked me to post bad review about this organization, managing director and the general manager. Atleast now i want the organization to know the true colour of her. I don’t want to reveal my name as nothing is going to change with this organization. Even if you complain about this manager to the managing director they will ask you to change yourself rather than warning the manager or terminating her. He will support the manager blindly and insult other staff. She is the manager who behaves very rudely to all the employees unwantedly, talks cheaply about the management and sent most of the employees out of the job. Many of them have lost there job especially most of the HR’s lost their job unexpectedly because of her and suffering now. She treats every one very cheaply and manipulate all the employees by talking very bad about the organization and the managing director and he is always on one side without knowing the truth. She targets everyone easily and send them out. She plays an emotional game and says nobody can do her anything. The reason why I’m posting is atleast now i want the managing director to take a strict action on this manager. In the beginning I had a good thought about golden homes But later on i decided to move on. What’s the luckiest thing is, a person who involved in management talks very bad about the organization and the managing director. Until she is there in this organization there will be no peace of mind for the employees. I still dont understand why still she is in Golden Homes after talking that much bad about the organization and the managing director.She will change the Standard of Golden homes to become a cheap Standard. All the employees will agree this, Because of this one manager you are loosing many talented employees. She will send all the employees. Worst women i have ever seen in my past experiences. She doesn’t do any work she will make her subordinate to do the work and get appreciation. Even i have the proof of what she spoke about the managing director. I request the managing director to take a strict action on this lady. Lots of vengeance. Being women she’ll talk bad about all other women staffs character and hurt them a lot.She will involve in your personal life and judge. Even after this if the management doesn’t take any action its better to all the employees to come out of the organization like. Organization should take a survey from all the employees. I generally dont post any reviews but i want to post this to make Golden homes to be better.
