Our stay was for a day in a deluxe room. Being a Monday it wasn’t very crowded which we loved. I booked a room through internet and u save quite a bit for a 5 star equivalent. The rooms can have better facilities.
The TV had a very limited number of channels. May be around 15, mini bar was empty, no poolside slippers, no bathtub, some essential toilet accessories were missing.
The buffet was ok, but could be much better for what is paid. The pool was clean and the spa was good, though some showers need to be fixed. A lot can be done for it to proclaim a 5 star.
