Based on my experience what ever I will write would be less then what Golden Tulip Ghaziabad management deserves.
I was in the hotel for 6 days and experienced one of the best time and services.
Room quality was very good, with proper lighting in place and enough space to move around and relax as well. Nice looking interior which was not loud to eyes and everything in place and within reach.
Guest service was also excellent and impeccable.All one needed to do was just dial the concerned number on intercom and within 10 minutes someone rang your door bell with solution/service asked for. Did not have to call someone for tea or coffee as there was electric kettle placed in one corner with ample supply of sachets containing coffee/tea/sugar and dairy whitener.
Staff is very friendly and always ready to help if asked for.courteous yes, friendly yes, helpful yes.
Food was one point, I really loved. Serving part was excellent and dining halls were really good with staff running around to help you. Though there was a buffet spread to pick from, one could easily tell the chefs in morning about what one required and then walk down to a table of liking.rest part from preparation to serving was taken care of by Tulip staff. Food quality is great and deserves as many stars as one is permitted to give. Ambiance of dining hall’s, lobby, exteriors and other places was good and good interiors as well.
Must say Golden Tulip is indeed one of the best places to stay in.highly recommended.
