Had been more than 2 months, didnt get any workout plan, diet plan or proper fat analysis. All the trainers are busy in themsleves or with their special friend, dont even care to tell the right exercise or the posture. Especially the head trainer is not present on the floor, just busy either with the phone or trying to sell the personal Training. Other trainers are so arrogant they dont even dare to talk or tell anything and always busy exercising their favourite girls, as if they have option of getting personal training at no extra cost.
Pathetic quality and service, ruining the name of a brand like "Gold’s" with pride and delibrately. Caught up in a shitty environment for a year, wish a genie comes to refunds my money, so that i am out this mess. ????
Please save yourself from these scamsters, they will digest your hard earn money and leaving you in frustration and despair.
