The worst Gym ever, I was cheated by the sales person on the name of personal training, general trainer provided to me for personal training, pathetic personal training, careless & unprofessional attitude of trainers.I got a muscle injury due to wrong exercise guided by their intern trainer who was not authorised to give Personal training to clients. no physician and physiotherapist was available in Gym.all posts were empty. No medical guidance provided to me though I was on PT.I was wandering to here and there in the city for treatment.
I have complained about it, 3 months of continuous follow ups, mental torture, my actions on social media like twitter forced them to return my member ship fees and initial medical expenses. Now I am requesting them for further treatment but they are not taking responsibility. Filed a case in consumer Court.
Guys Please don’t go for personal training here, most of the trainers take illegal steroid injections, drugs and they advice their customers to take them as well for early results.
This gym is very Infamous in noida and indrapuram area for their steroids use.
This Gold Gym is the worst Gym.Guys don’t be afraid to raise your complain they will say that they have no refund policy but if your are harassed by them you can definately get your precious money back.
