It been two months I have jouned golds gym. I can clerly see and feel the effect and changes occured in my body. I used to be a skinny guy but now I have an atheletic body without suplements I just follwed my diet chart provied by golds and I am happy with results. Trainers are good and well knowledgeabled and well trained and helpfull. Just fees of 3 months and 6 months are costly but yearly package is little cheaper as compair to quaterly and halfyearly. The machines are good smooth and advanced.
The facility of steam bath is too nice and lockers provied are good. And it gives intercity gym card facilty for 15 days is very good. So o said go for it I have seen results full stars from me. Golds gym is best
