They will promise you everything to ensure your payment is in by charging 3 times the normal fees. Once the payment is done, the staff will forget you. Sorry not only forget you but blatantly lie on your face. So beware if you want to do this, have enough patience and be ready to shout and get your work done.
Is it worth it. Only if you can pull the staff up as they will not listen to you. I have experienced this personally at the Napean Sea Road Gold Gym in Mumbai. They call this the flagship gym. If this is what they can offer imagine elsewhere.
Moral of My Story: Risk joining the Weight Loss Program if you want to be cheated or you have loads of cash you want to give them.
