Sorry at the start itself for rating your product poor, but I have no option than to mention my real experience.
Here it goes:
>Five years back we had lot of roaches and we went for a single application of PCI’s gel service. As per my knowledge, it was Imidacloprid 2.15% gel and it worked like wonder. We had no cockroach for almost 8 months.
>Impressed by this, we had few more single applications every year, and it also worked moderate to good amount.
>Meanwhile we stopped it considering costs and started our own measures by using Fipronil gels available in market.
>Last year we found that we are not able to cover our home properly and its better to have professional solution, we opted for PCI’s annual contract(AMC). And let me tell you its COMPLETE FAILURE.
Right from March 2012, we had couple of sprays to eradicate whole chunk of cockroaches and multiple gel applications. Still we have so many cockroaches in our home.
When we informed about failure from the begining, their superwisers gave multiple reasons which we later removed, as follows.
1.We had many plastic bags and paper boxes in home, in which roaches get chance to hide. WE REMOVED ALL.
2.Our kitchen platform was having few cracks below, and leakage of water during cleaning was giving roaches food. WE SEALED THE CRACKS EFFECTIVELY AND STOPPED ALL LEAKAGE.
3.We indirectly got that food particles left behind after cooking might be a problem. This we always ensured that should not remain, but we did one more experiment. JUST AFTER APPLICATION OF GEL, WE WENT TO HOLIDAYS FOR 8-10 DAYS. Ideally during these days, we should have found no cockroach. But the condition was as bad as it was before.
>Their service staff did their best by applying gel properly, but the last application person said that the cockroaches are eating gel and not getting any influence on it.
>He also said that he has not seen such experience in last 5 yrs(almost everyone who visited our house from PCI said this). However I could see that there are negative reviews on MouthShut. I also remember that one one of the person was referring internally(within their staff) one house in our building, where there service failed before.
My intention to write here is that let people know this before. When someone says "yours is unique case", U feel embarrassed. Let world know there are few more cases.
I could see that PCI contacted one guy on MouthShut and tried to resolve issue. I will say here that guys pl do not ask here. Find out our unique home which has taken AMC for last 8-9 months. Parallely I am going to contact your officials in city. If I get the solution, I shall mention that on my own.
