First time I gave my Ford Ikon car to GoMachenic for service and repairing which they had get done through their partner Janta Garage, Gurgaon. This is the worst service experienced in last 12 years.
They have added those repairing amounts in final bill which they were supposed to do but haven’t done by them. Even they are not able to do basic cleaning as can see clear dust inside the car. By condition looks like it hasn’t washed either as found same amount of dust under the bonnet area and in additional mud flap is broken. During initial service booking they had offered 10% discount on service, on that also had to argue to get in final bill. They are charging high to mentioned as genuine parts but didn’t observe any improvement and after seen unrepaired amount in bill no truest left.
My overall experience is too bad and would not suggest other to go with GoMachenic. They are just good in speaking and pickup/drop.
