I gave my car for comprehensive servicing in Hitech City(Reliance automobile) Hyderabad through GoMechanic website. I was thinking it will be pocket friendly.
I had to call multiple times for picking car on time but still after so much follow-up they came very late and finally after 4 hours delay, they took my car for servicing.
I was assuming it was going to be normal servicing and bill will be less compared to the company’s Service centers but when I received the bill it was almost double the amount mentioned in the website.
Also, after servicing vehicle was not cleaned properly. It was looking like they just washed with water from outside in the name of cleaning. When I called the service center, they told they will pick up vehicle for cleaning some other day that didn’t came after many calls and reminders.
So overall negative experience and will not suggest anyone to go with the GoMechanic servicing.
