My order number 20201010973154922. Booked the comprehensive car servicing up for my car and this is considered to be their top most plan.
1) I booked the car servicing and the payment didn’t go through so don’t go by the fancy UI.
2) Got calls in the midnight from Ghaziabad UP as some one was following on the booking, not sure if that was an automated calls as I ignored and didn’t pick up.
3) As per the messages I received - They were supposed to pick the car from my house from 10 to 12. As no one called hence I called at 11 asking on the pick up, so don’t go by the messages on whatsapp thinking that theya re following a process.
4) I was assigned a service buddy, who on being called was not even aware of my order and took all my details again and was talking as if he was just confirming the information.
5) After an hour the visit happened and that too by a local garage which is right besides my apartment.
6) As my car battery died down due to non usage of car for some time - I asked for a jump start from the service buddy and they charged me 500 INR for doing that, when asked why they didnt had an answer. I asked if they were any ways coming for the car pick up and I have enrolled for comprehensive service then why would you charge on top of it, they gave me excuses.
7) They said they will be sending photos of the car on regular basis, please don’t fall for that as nothing will go by the plan and the assurances they will give you
8) After the car delivery they told me that my battery is not fully charged and I should go to another local battery wala to get my car battery charged. WOW - After a comprehensive service I am being told to another servicing vendor. As per them I should be happy that the battery is starting as of now.
9) When explained to my service buddy(Noel) - He assures me that he will immediately take an action against the garage people. Its been 8 days no response from him. And he is reading all my messages on whatsapp but doesn’t respond when followed up in the morning today, So much for being assigned a service buddy who cares to read the messages at least
11) Cleaning not visible in the car - I had 2 kid car seats and the cleaning person didn’t even bother to shift that, I am sure there would have been so much effort for doing the vaccum(which they call it as cleaning)
12) After all what happened - I wonder how this company has 4+ ratings and at some places 5. Wonder how
Moral - Please don’t fall for the other customer ratings.
