Its a great experience for me, and I want to share it from all of you. I found mouthshut a best way to spread this message. It was 22nd june, thursday- in the morning two Carpet Seller came to our house, I was in the office. My mom called them and choosen one but the price was too high so mom said them to leave, but they continuously requested mummy to buy one, so she ask them to come at evening when I will back from office; they left the carpets in our house and took 51Rs. as shagun.
In the evening they again came when I was in home and talked with me but again it did not matched with our price, so I told them to leave. At last they said that OK didi ji Thoda Pani pila do, I went to bring water and when I returned they fled away with their carpet and Rs.51 adv. and also my favourite.. only 20 days old 6600 Nokia Handset... I went outside searched them but not found, my husband was also in Nagpur that day, so I called his close friend and went to Police Station, lodged the report. Here Every body told that "chodo handset hi to gaya hai, police hand set ke liye nahi dauregi. Also my first experience was same like this only, the policeman who had written the report, pressurized that "gum ki report likha dijiye - abhi chor kaha honge " but we were not agree with him. they again called me day after day.
After 3 days I left the hope. After few days I found another Carpet Seller in the road and asked him that do they know that people(i told them their features), they recognised them and told me their name and address, I instantly provided those name and address to police but they only said that bade sahab ko aane do tabhi kuch hoga. Again I wandered to them but no results. After 1 week I was in market with my husband and passed in front of the police station then he said come just give a last try and we went again in the police station, their luckily I met The Thana Incharge of Gondia and we found an UNEXPECTED RESPONSE FROM HIM. He called some crime branch guys and given them the address of the carpet Sellers, which I had provided, he send them immediately to Raipur(address of theives). And amazingly!! they caught them and recovered my Handset!!
Also he scolded that policemen who were not given us the prompt response and said that when we were known about the thiefs, we knew the address of the thiefs then why we couldn’t caught them either it is a question of Rs.8000/- or Rs.800/- He also appreciates me that If you people were not taken the steps and not given us information then it will be impossible to us to caught them. Police is not God they need the support from public. this way we can fight with the system and work will be much easy for every body.
