I have been using onsite websites for gifting to family and friends based in India for some time now, and this website comes as a pleasant surprise.
We had ordered certain gift items for family, mainly Toys, children books, utensils and other common household items. These items shipped as fast as within 24 hours, perhaps less because I am in a different time zone. These were received on time.
We also found the prices as competitive.
We didn’t have to contact customer care hence no comments on this part.
Just a wish, I am not sure if this is doable because Goodlife seems to be an ECom platform and ships actually originate from various parts of India. If at all possible, they can consider shipping goods together and send in one package. We received everything on time, just that had to obtain it in 10-11 different packages.
Overall a good experience.
