On 14th May, my order Polyset Titan Big Storage worth 699/- was delivered. I discovered that the item is half the size and volume against that mentioned on the site. I informed them on 15th that the product was wrong and much smaller than advertised. To keep the customer in loop they asked for photographs. I could do it only on 30th as I was away. The customer care person called on 30th May, simply saying after 1-2 months if you contact no one can help so we cant do anything.
Now I understand Goodlife is poor at basic mathematics they count 15 days as 1-2 months, thats why they shipped 12ltr box half the size instead of advertised 24 ltr full size box.
Either it is a case of online fraud or goodlife really did not learn primary level mathematics well before entering business.
