This launcher is very fast and simple but the icons are quite large but in 7.0 update you can customize them according to your interest
In this launcher you have to move up and down to find apps , no left and right swipe and at the top the app search bar option is there which makes easy to find app
And it shows the recent app used , recently downloaded app at the top.
And it looks very simple and normal and no complicated functions like other launcher
