It has cool features in it but facing issues with the transactions.
1) While transfering the most of the times it was showing as business servers are busy, try again after some time. This was very irritating. It happening not even one or two times, happening in multiples.
2) It was showing as Transaction successful, money had deducted from my bank account but the recipient not received the money. Contacted support team as well. Stil, no use.
Need these issues to be fixed.
I had faced cashback problems also and that it was with the first cashback. I had installed this tez app with my friend referral link and made the first transaction as per the terms and conditions I have to recieve 50INR cashback but I haven’t. I contacted support team they told, It should transfer in 3 business working days. I told, its been completed a week then hands up by saying we can’t do anything and closed my ticket.
Need the resolution for these type of issues.
