BE SURE & KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR BANK STATEMENTS.Ive been trying since March to get a refund from Google Pay because they charged me debit card$30 for something I did not purchase.I have never ordered anything from Google Pay. Their response was that someone else had used my card.Isnt that original!? Obviously if I didnt use it someone did. I had the bank issue me a new card but google still refused to issue a refund.I escalated the request and keep getting stupid canned responses.I have repeatedly asked what was purchased, what name was associated with the order, what email address was used, what mailing address was used.they REFUSE to disclose this information.told me to check with family & friends to see if someone has used my card.I have no family or friends that have access to my card.told me to "reach out to your bank". I did.bank said "it was something ordered from Google and to reach out to Google for the details.talk about the royal run around!
This is the latest response I got

The refund request was not processed due to our policy guidelines.
We review each refund request on an order by order basis and evaluate refund eligibility through a series of various requirements which may lead to some orders being approved and others being denied. Also, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a one-time courtesy refund based on the situation.
Now tell me.does that say anything? Does that answer any of my questions?.
You couldnt pay me enough to use Google Pay for anything.
