Sony ownes 98 percentage of flagship camera module buisiness with industry leading Exmor technology. zeiss, leica , Samsung, they making good sensors carl , zeiss with nokia before devoleped and succeeded in making good sensor’s, like NOKIA N8 and NOKIA 808 with Pireview technology and a massive 41 megapixel sensor. But nokia sensors works poor in lowlight, and pictures looks noisy. Camera performance is laggy.
In nokia era camera hardware did a good part to develop good images , but in pixel software side taking all jobs in his shoulder.
Build quality of Google pixel is not great when compared its whopping exaggerated pricing, LG making pixel XL2 , design is boring, and outdated,
Metal body with mette premium hybrid coating looks premium, 3D Corning gorilla glass 5 front protection is good,
IP67 water resistance is a pure failure in pixel,
6inch P-OLED by lg is an another failure , this display having lot of problems when compare it with Samsung’s AMOLED , but you are a first time oled user you cant know the difference, some time greenish , sometimes bluish tint seen in the display,
IPS super LCD is more suitable for Google pixel.
Lcd burn in issues reported world wide. Google preparing software updates for solving the issue, but LG is not capable for making good Phone display, they are better in TV display.
Octa core snapdragon 835 perform well. Four 2.35 Ghz cores and four 1.9 ghz with 4 GB ram paired with adreno 540 GPU.
decent harware, but not good as apple A11 and Current generation Exynos.
12 mega pixel camera with dual pixel technology wins the hearts. , Now pixel have optical image stabilisation, before Electronic stabilisation used by nexus line up. A dual led flash is not enough for this camera , a xenon flash is better.
Camera performance is outstanding in daylight but Sometimes HDR processing makes photos noisy. But in low light photos looks better than any smartphone available till date .
Pixel uses a lot of resources ( software) to process the image ,
NOKIA N8 a phone with minimum 256 mb ram processed 12 mega pixel photos within micro seconds .how far nokia achieved in that time .
8 mp Front camera capable for taking outstanding selfie’s.mechine learning and HDR , sensing the depth of image , back ground blur working fine .
Battery performance is fine
3520 mah battery works flawlessly.
