Play store’s way of providing apps is really appreciable. Its functionality is seamless although its for all google apps. I never feel its user interface is difficult for anyone. The only negative about app store is its recharge method which doesn’t have freedom to recharge the amount you exactly want. Usually I used support very less time in google paly store but my experience with support was good. They usually repond within few hours through email or phone.
