My encounter with google was accidental but once I realized its power, it has become a part of my web life. I am proud to say that it is the most frequently visited site by me and my colleagues. As a system support person I have to run around to find device drivers and other utility softwares for my day to day operations. The first site I start looking for them is google. Many times it has saved a lot of time for me with its powerful site index. Many of the users are not aware that the google is customizable.
