I am long time user of go piasa.com. There where few if’s and but’s. There was steady cash back on the transaction that I did through it. There where few rules and regulation which we need to read properly to ensure we have cash back. First rule is before buying any product in any website you have to validate whether their is cashback offer available before going through go paisa website or app. Few members go through the site which has no cash back and start complaining about. Second rule, read what is the cash back percentage of each product in the website. In the ad it might state 7.5% but your product will have only eligible of 0.5%, it vary based on the product. So their possibility you may feel your cashback has not been credited properly. Third rule when ever go to the referral site remember the cart should be empty else cash back will not be credited. Cashback will take at least 3 Months to credit in your wallet and then later this need to redeem as a gift vouchers or to the bank account. Usually Gift Voucher has higher cash back when compare to bank credits. For past few months go paisa website is not working efficiently working. It just throwing error "403 Forbidden". I am not an app user. I am not sure how complain it to customer care. So I need to switch to another cashback site for my purchase.
