I have been using gopaisa.com since long and so far things were going well keeping aside from some missing cash backs which I was not bothered much.
Recently they had launched some exclusive offer for it’s members which was called 11 Rupee sale . They offered to give cashback for some selected products. The amount paid above Rs.11 will be returned to us as cash back under this offer.
I bought dove soap -Pack of 4 - from Nykaa which was in this offer. I not only paid MRP but also paid excess shipping charges ( double the normal) .
When cashback not received, contacted gopaisa support team and their response was as per terms and conditions of this exclusive offer one can not claim missing cash back under this offer. They asked me to return the product if not interested and get the refund from Nykaa. I contacted Nykaa too and they informed me that, they are not linked with gopaisa hence they are not responsible.
Finally I realized that this is fraudulent unethical business practice by gopaisa.com because Nykaa obliged with my return request and instead of taking back the product, they provided the voucher for next purchase.
I am just alerting to be careful as you may get duped one day.
